Bucket list CHECKED OFF!!! After 10+ hrs of car rides each way, we’ve made it to the Sahara Desert! Shooting in Sahara wasn’t natural to what I’d normally shoot – city & architecture, but I’m grateful for the the challenge. Where we’ve stayed at this camp (thanks Kam & Josh) which gives us great access to luxury items like water, food, sleep, tiny wifi, electricity, camel ride, AND the MOST magical experience – stargazing. I regret not bringing a tripod, but still able to made some star shots! I felt SUPER LUCKY to use the latest technology mirrorless cameras to shoot the entire journey from the grand palace of Seville Spain to small alleys in Chefchaouen, then to the stargazing Sahara. My hope is to return someday when my kids, so that they can too, experience this and understand the world is so big, and we are tiny, but the creator of the Universe made nature for us to enjoy. Again thanks so much for the hard working makeup artist Reese Cheuk being my travel buddy for the entire journey.
