As my tribute to one of my personal favorite time of American history, the roaring 1920’s, the flapper dresses, the jazz music, the exotic world traveller era and Art Deco influence, I’ve decided to produce a fashion editorial shoot inspired by one of my favorite book of all time – the Great Gatsby as our personal project. As soon as we came back from photographing at the Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week F/W 2013 (that is a different blog post overdue, sorry!) this shoot was done about three weeks ago at the beautiful very art deco building of the San Jose California theater. We had incredible result photographing entire shoot with the world 1st FULL FRAME pocket size camera the ONE and only SONY Cybert-shot RX1. Every picture from this post was shot with the pocket size RX1!!!! It’s so rad that technology today enables us to produce super fine quality photography using the smallest tool available. Love this camera because my arms are no longer tired after a long day of shooting!! We are extremely thrilled to embrace such new technology and to show our view of fashion to the world and we hope you enjoy these photographs.
